**Role overview**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Monitor procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and consistency - escalate concerns and customer satisfaction risks
- Manage team performance and efficiency and make recommendations for process improvements resulting in increased quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee training and development of delivery team
- Organize resources so that deliveries and services are carried out in the utmost efficient and timely manner possible.
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

**Qualifications**
- Must have had a minimum of 1 year of previous proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar position
- Must have fleet management experience and is able to manage many vehicles
- Familiar with optimizing drivers' routes using technology
- Must have logistics experience in Jeddah
- Must be currently present in KSA or willing to relocate to KSA
- Must be a proficient communicator in English
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- The ability to communicate in multiple languages is a major plus
- Experience with large, well-known, or international companies is a major advantage
