Sr. Business Development Executive

IHR seeking **B2B - Business Development Executive** who is excited for professional and financial growth. If you’re well-experienced in Contact Centres & Customer Experience industry career and ready to make an impact in a fast-growing organization, this is your chance to shine. You’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your pipeline, close deals, and directly contribute to IHR Contact Centres continued success.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Hunt for New Opportunities**: Prospect and cold call to generate leads within the
Contact Center Outsourcing, Business and technical services industry.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong connections with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase how our solutions align with their goals.
- **Close Deals**: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signing contracts, driving revenue growth for the company.
- **Strategize for Success**: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies through market analysis and a deep understanding of our services.
- **Tenders Participation**: Contribute to driving sales revenue growth by actively participating in the preparation and submission of government and private tenders. This includes developing comprehensive technical and financial proposals and uploading them to electronic platforms for review and consideration.
- **Sales Target & Report**: Adhere to sales target based on monthly sales projection and maintain an accurate records of sales activities and report on your progress regularly to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Required Qualification and Conditions**:
- Appropriate academic qualification (Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and Information Technology Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling and creative prospecting and having an added-value of demonstrating the services to clients.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with sales leads, ideally in the contact center inhouse and outsourcing services including technical and business services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
