In Saudi Arabia, our business is expanding and now require a HR Manager to oversee the HR Administration and Operations Functions within the Kingdom, operating from Jubail.

As the HR Manager, your role will be to manage the HR function and HR delivery and partner with the business leaders in KSA. The role actively supports, aligns, and contributes to the Global HR Strategy and collaborates and with other HR functions to better processes, and deliver a seamless service to stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
- Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to effectively evaluate Project requirements.
- Report, advises, and collaborates with International teams on in-country governance needs including but not limited to Labour law requirements, block visa requirements, Saudization requirements, Netaqat quotas, Qiwa, Tamheer, Hadaf, GOSi, etc
- Actively engaging and building strong relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders (Local leadership team, MHRSD, GOSI Authority, Tamheer, immigration and Jawazat, etc.)
- Consult and coordinate with Legal/ Licensing /GRO to ensure that policies comply with labour law
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting.
- Create an environment in which differences are openly shared, embraced, and incorporated into the team’s activities. Fosters a versatile culture that encourages and supports inclusion and diversity. Applies understanding of cultural differences to create value for the organization
- Having a minimum of 15 years’ experience and must have worked at least 5 years in the same position within Oil & Gas companies.
- Must have managed across many nationalities, languages and cultures.
- Previous experience in dealing with people and and with the clients.
- Must have relevant experience in handling HR for Companies operating in maintenance of mega plants/Refineries, etc.
- Requires working with a local technical learning center to upskill company workforce.
- You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, HR policy and best practice in KSA and will have experience in managing a HR team.
- Position to be based in Jubail.
- You will have a thorough understanding of in-country governance and processes (MHRSD, Saudization, Qiwa system, GOSI, Ajeer, etc.) related to KSA labour law.
