As we embark on our next phase of strategic growth, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven **Chief Executive Officer (CEO)** to lead our company into the future.

**Position Overview: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term business strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Lead and inspire the executive team and department heads to achieve strategic goals
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Ensure full compliance with UAE and regional regulations (including Free Zone/JAFZA if applicable)
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, government bodies, and financial institutions
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and risk management
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and strategic meetings
- Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and excellence within the organization
- Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or Managing Director in the gas, oil & energy, or industrial sectors
- Deep understanding of the industrial gas market, supply chain logistics, and regional regulations
- Proven ability to drive growth, lead organizational transformation, and manage multi-site operations
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Executive Leadership Certification preferred)
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.
