**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and Monitoring supervisors in performance management procedures.
- Schedule & Conducting interviews, HR events etc.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations, on boarding, and update records with new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related.
- Previous experience working within recruitment more than one Year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and using a computer.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask.
- Required advanced English & Fluent Arabic.
