Key Account Manager - Oncology / Hematology KSA

**Position: Key Account Manager - Oncology / Hematology**
**Based in: Riyadh - KSA**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- The KAM will work to identify and engage assigned accounts for participation in key programs as well as promote education and community awareness of relevant Oncology/hematology states, whilst maintaining high ethical standards at all times.
- Establishing and achieving business performance measures for each hospital: customer satisfaction, clinical and business outcome
- Managing key accounts and developing excellent key customer relationships within a defined promotional budget.
- Regular effective communication and interaction with major oncology / Hematology KOL’s across the region.
- Delivering quality medical education presentations in a variety of settings and obtain valuable feedback that can be disseminated
- Preparing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan for each assigned hospital focusing on product awareness, whilst building advocacy for product
- Achieving coverage and frequency targets in assigned territory by regular follow ups.
- Rapidly acquiring product, environment and competitive knowledge: Build a foundation of network using all tools available
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy or medicine
- At least 2 year experience within Oncology / Hematology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solution focused
- Proven time management and priority setting skills.
- Highly articulate and persuasive during formal and informal presentations; able to convey complex, scientific ideas fluently to any audience.
- Excellent presentations skills & written communications
