**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a Lead Civil Engineer with specialized expertise in **high-rise construction**, alongside extensive experience in **mixed-use and luxury hotel developments**, to join our international consulting team on a prestigious mega project in **Madinah, Saudi Arabia**.

We envisage success in this role to include;- Leading the civil engineering design and delivery for the entire project, with special focus on **high-rise structures**, including foundations, piling, underground works, and infrastructure integration.- Overseeing site grading, earthworks, drainage, utilities, roadworks, and retaining structures, ensuring effective coordination with high-rise structural and architectural teams.- Reviewing, approve, and coordinate all civil design documentation, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian codes, international standards, and client requirements.- Collaborating closely with structural engineers to address specific high-rise challenges such as deep foundations, shoring, and vertical load considerations.- Providing constructability reviews and technical support during procurement and construction phases to mitigate risks related to high-rise construction.- Leading and mentor civil engineering consultants and subcontractors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering outputs within schedule and budget.- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of civil infrastructure across mixed-use site components.- Managing permitting, liaise with local authorities, and ensure all civil works meet regulatory and environmental standards.- Acting as the primary civil engineering technical advisor on site, resolving complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.- Promoting best practices in safety, sustainability, and quality assurance throughout the civil engineering scope.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 20+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Proven track record in **leading civil engineering for high-rise projects**, with solid experience in mixed-use and luxury 5-star hotel developments.
