**Position Summary**:
Jubail is one of Bechtel’s most remarkable achievements—a city built from the sand up, requiring vast resources and logístical planning on an unprecedented scale. It the biggest civil engineering project in modern times—and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s. Bechtel serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local AE firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras-Al-Khair Industrial Cities. In June 2021, Bechtel’s contract with the Royal Commission was renewed for another 5 years with work focusing on building new residential communities, iconic buildings/ bridges, major site preparation, commercial buildings, mosques, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, clinics, universities, utility services and infrastructure (electrical sub-stations, lift stations), roads and highways, port & pipeline expansions, and more.

**A. Supervision Received**:

- Receives operational supervision, mentoring and guidance from Project Field Engineering manager on Work Processes

**B. Contacts**:

- Collaborate and interact with project team members including construction, contractor, other RC departments, contract and procurement, engineering, administrative services, A/Es, and other project personnel, and with client and staff quality personnel.
- Interfaces with construction on quality work process related items.
- Will likely participate in Construction including Contractors, Engineering or A/E audits.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES**:

- Assists in maintaining Project Quality Work Process Management System (QWPMS) to ensure compliance with quality work process standards, guidelines and procedures with the clients in each assigned task.
- Assists, supporting, reviewing and introducing project quality work process program/plan for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against established project innovative quality work process tools.
- Participates in quality work process initiatives and activities on the project by coordinating with PFE and other stakeholders to ensure construction quality work process goals and objectives are met.
- Prepares and reviews easy to understand simple quality related procedures and work instructions prepared on the project to ensure compliance with the project quality work process program/plan.
- Monitors quality work process training program for Construction and assists in providing/delivering trainings to project personnel and contractor assigned to the project.
- Participates in the project quality work process audits as required to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the project quality innovative tools.
- Participates in quality work process actions to project personnel to identify quality work process tool deficiencies and ensure the effectiveness of action taken.
- Support Construction, engineering and contractors in quality work process audits conducted by the client and management.
- Facilitates/participates in various project quality work process reviews in conjunction with BIM Model review. Coordinates with project team for implementation work process quality tools action items resulted from these reviews.
- Participates in implementation quality work process risk assessments and associated deliverables.
- Monitors implementation of quality work process Lesson Learned program and captures new l
