**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Identify and evaluate sourcing potential (cost, lead times & Quantity Allocations etc.) by conducting through global colleagues of SIG.
Bundling the needs to optimize cost, inventory and meet delivery targets.

**Strategic supplier management**: selection, qualification, evaluation and steering through global Colleagues of SIG’s.
Secure all contracts with key suppliers, ensuring contracts (and any subsequent claims) are managed proactively.

**Key Focus Area**: Direct Raw Materials and Indirect Spend (Maintenance, repairs and utilities).
FrameWorks
- Methods of Savings and Objectives.
Integration Tracking
- Procurements (BRAVO).
Category Specific Requirement Direct and Indirect Spend
Effective and proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast plans to meet purchase deadlines to the bundling of demands necessary.
Reporting as necessary to the Line Manager as per business requirements.
Converting PR to PO & send the PO to respective Vendors.
Monitoring Order Confirmations with current delivery information.
Support the direct line manager on operation projects as needs

**YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, Bachelor of Commerce/science, Engineering.
Minimum 5 years Direct/Indirect procurement experienceWHY SIG?
