Oracle Cloud Consulting - Oracle Project Manager_**
- The Project Manager role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations while using Oracle’s OUM or TCM for Cloud methodology. In this role you will manage multiple cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects. You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Development and Support focused on Oracle’s Cloud products. You will manage an international team of architects and consultants._
- 10+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel to Middleeast as needed._

**_Responsibilities_**_:_
- Leading a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud or On-Prem solution to the customer_
- methodically managing complex business and logístical challenges_
- managing all project resources, including subcontractors,_
- providing day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer_
- Exercise creativity, independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques._
- Interact with all roles at customer - including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff and Business representatives_
- for all internal and external reporting_

**_Skills required_**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree_
- Previous solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On-Prem complex projects_
- Strong analytical and time management skills_
- Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team_
- Ability to work without direction_
- Promptly performs analysis of business process requirements_
- Ability to balance investigating/troubleshooting on your own_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- Fluent in English and/or French beside his Arabic mother tongue_
- A clear communicator with a keen sense of timing in the pursuit of key business goals_
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge_
- Aptitude to help others develop their skills to the benefit of the business_
- Quickly establishes and subsequently nurtures long-term customer and supplier relationships_
- International and cross cultural project management experience_
- PM Methodology certification is a must_
- Scrum Master certification is an advantage_
- Excellent experience of consolidating and harmonising business management systems_
- Prior consulting and/or project management experience required_
- Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills_
- Specific knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage_
- Significant C-level presentation experience_

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.
