Job Description

We are hiring different profiles for our Office In Riyadh: Senior Management Consultant / or Project Manager Consultant.

As a senior management Consultant, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

  • Strategy Definition
  • Operations Optimization
  • Business Process Improvement (supply chain, corporate finance, procurement, warehouses, facility management, HR, IT, etc.)
  • Project management
  • Change management

As a Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the PMO and managing Pearls' projects. This covers all key areas of project management, including time, cost, quality, and stakeholder management. You will support Pearls team in delivering project work for a variety of clients, primarily on client sites.

You will be also in charge of administrative matters of the office: administrative documents, facility management, etc.

You will be based either at Pearls' office in Riyadh or at client locations.

Qualifications:

  • Good Engineering or business school (Top universities, KFUPM, KAUST, etc.)
  • Ability to gather and analyze data effectively, critical thinking, understand and analyze complex problems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with completing individual tasks effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic, English)
  • Ideally experience in consulting company
  • Experience: 2-8 years

: Both English and Arabic are mandatory
