We’re currently recruiting for an Office Receptionist as part of the growth of our KSA team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement with oversight from senior team members.
- Collaborating with client leadership to help develop and execute client strategies.
- Aligning account teams with client objectives and tracking project goals.
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients, sharing updates on project progress and challenges.
- Promptly addressing client requests and escalating to appropriate contacts as needed.
- Assisting in crafting decks/plans tailored to client briefs
- Contributing to process improvements by implementing feedback and participating in retrospectives.
- Preparing internal reports for senior management on project status, risks, and next steps.
- Delivering high-quality work and supporting problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
- Exploring innovative approaches to improve client processes and service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing role within a marketing/digital agency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client and team relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
