We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated **Technical & Sales Manager** to join our team in **Saudi Belt Industry**, based in Dammam,
Saudi Arabia.
As a **Technical & Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Saudi Belt Industry factory business in Saudi Arabia as well as leading the sales teams.

**Technical & Sales Manager Profile**
Graduate from an accredited university with a Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering Degree.
A minimum of 5 years practical experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role in sales of spare parts and rubber products for industrial or equivalent.
Must have a good understanding of the control system found in rubber products for the industry.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must be completely fluent in Arabic and English, able to communicate.
Prior experience in utilization of ERP platforms is a plus.
Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
Knowledgeable with all sales principles, which is needed to process sales operations.
Ability to direct and be a mentor for the sales team in the market by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
**Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsible for the sales development/growth of the rubber belt and multi rubber products factory in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for the NIS development/recruitment and development of a strong technical support team to provide competent sales team and technical service engineers (TSD) to sales and service to SBI customer base in Saudi Arabia.
Work closely with the group’s organization/affiliates to achieve the highest possible customer level in this largely common customer base.
Travel extensively within Saudi Arabia to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction both for the brand and the products.
Train and motivate the sales team and resolve any issues or conflicts to ensure complete market coverage /customer share of our sale offering.
Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer - oriented image to customer and colleagues.
Delegate tasks and set project deadlines for his team.
Oversee day-to-day teams' operation/sales performance and share development reports to management.
