Provide comprehensive support across marketing activities carries across the subsidiary offices in KSA.

Assist in strategies for key titles, helping to seek input into plans from within the business and all global functions and territories.

To ensure the correct delivery of assets, adherence to brand guidelines, understanding and championing the relevant brand(s), attending meetings and deputising where required.

To act as Brand Guardian to region for trade assets, ensuring brand consistency around the subsidiary offices through extensive liaison with both production and regional teams.

To be a knowledgeable user of Infocentre, able to access sales reporting information to inform marketing plans and campaigns.

To contribute to the organisation and smooth running of trade events, undertaking a range of event facilitation. Assisting in planning to execution, liaising with sales teams, customers, and venue contacts etc.

General administrative support for the HQ Marketing team including the delivery of trails and marketing assets, the organisation of couriers, maintenance of filing systems, management of travel arrangements and logging of leave etc.

**QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS**

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience: 3 - 4 years' experience in marketing

Ability to multi-task

Strong verbal, written, ( English and Arabic)
