**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacture of bedding products.
- Implement production plans and schedules to optimize utilization of resources and meet demand demands.
- Maintain quality control standards in accordance with Sealy's specifications and industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor production team members to encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain production records and reports for tracking efficiency and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and improve operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
