The **Sr. Operations Executive** at Dhofar Global is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to customer delivery. This includes tasks such as local sourcing, inventory management, customs clearance, order fulfillment, and 3PL coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Order Fulfillment**:
- Process customer orders, check inventory, coordinate with 3PL for deliveries, resolve delays, and handle invoicing and payments.
- Install and maintain equipment (e.g., dispensers) at customer sites.
- Track product samples and follow up on testing.
- Maintain customer relationships and address concerns promptly.
- **Sourcing & Procurement**:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers for goods and services.
- Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supplier-related issues.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships.
- **Customs Clearance**:
- Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation for import/export.
- Work with customs brokers and resolve any clearance issues.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Track and control inventory levels at 3PL warehouses.
- Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate inventory data updates with 3PL coordination.
- **3PL Coordination**:
- Oversee day-to-day coordination with 3PL providers for order fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation.
- Monitor performance and address issues to ensure service levels are met.
- **General**:
- Perform other duties as required, adhering to company policies and maintaining professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 4-5 years in procurement, warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of KSA customs regulations and ERP/TMS software.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- **Preferred**:
- Experience with 3PL, procurement, and vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Key Interactions:
- **Internal**: Regular communication with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, IT, and HR departments for various operational needs.
- **External**: Coordination with regulatory authorities, logistics providers, and suppliers.
