Delivery Manager

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Dammam to oversee and optimize our technology-focused program. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility to work from home while occasionally visiting EPAM offices, client sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of a multi-project program using Waterfall methodologies
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations
- Oversee program progress to ensure timely and effective delivery of each project within the scope
- Work with product owners and engineering teams to ensure clear communication, remove obstacles and address project challenges promptly
- Monitor project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and coordinate with resource managers for any needs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging and implementing best practices for project management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification
- Proven experience in managing multi-project programs in a technical environment with a demonstrable track record of success
- Experience working with and managing software development teams, full-stack engineers and other technical professionals
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies with a focus on Waterfall. Agile methodology is a nice-to-have skill
- Demonstrated experience working with fixed priced projects, including successfully managing budgets, timelines and deliverables within fixed constraints
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges
- Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through complex projects and motivating them to achieve project goals
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate project progress, manage expectations and address concerns in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey project requirements, updates and issues to diverse audiences
