**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Business Strategy Alignment**:

- Partner with executives and business leaders to define and align business strategy with enterprise architecture.
- Identify opportunities for business model transformation and process optimization.
- ** Business Capability & Process Analysis**:

- Develop business capability models and assess gaps in current and future-state architectures.
- Conduct business process analysis, defining workflows and value streams.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business effectiveness.
- ** Enterprise Architecture Integration**:

- Work with IT architects to ensure business requirements are met through technology solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by recommending best practices in business architecture.
- ** Governance & Compliance**:

- Establish business architecture frameworks, standards, and governance models.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to articulate business architecture insights.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Intelligence or equivalent.
- ** Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in business architecture, and analysis.
- Proven track record in developing business architecture strategies in large organizations.
- Experience with business process modeling (BPMN), capability mapping, and value stream analysis.
- ** Skills & Certifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with TOGAF, BIZBOK, or similar architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency in business modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Sparx EA, MEGA HOPEX).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred certification TOGAF

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in consulting or advisory roles within financial services, healthcare, or government sectors.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and enterprise automation.
