**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- Generate/create invoices through JDE system.
- Maintain and arrange job files on company system.
- Backup support for raising and receipting purchase orders.
- Scanning job files to server
- Controlling/maintaining inventory of office stationery.
- General office related tasks
- Ensure compliance with company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures.

**BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- **Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- **Project management**:Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time. The ability to plan and evaluate progress toward specific goals.
- **Problem-solving**:Strong problem-solving skills. For example, may need to solve the problem of a product or service that does not meet the quality standards of the company.

**Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience)**:

- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in ERP system
- Fluent written and spoken command of English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as JDE
- Basic understanding of Tuboscope QMS process (training provided)
- To follow the NOV HSE policy and procedures, safe system of work, local requirements.
- Use properly and maintain the tools and personal protective equipment provided by the company.
- Report unsafe acts & conditions, workplace incident to the supervisors & HSE dept.
- Follow instruction from supervisors. If in doubt, ask questions. Never commence work without ensuring that work can be done safely. Strictly observe “permit to work system.”
- Know emergency procedures (Emergency Numbers, Assembly point etc.) Attend HSE training and HSE meetings.
