Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar and appointments.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and events.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**:
