Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, from initial concept through execution. You will be involved in market studies, project feasibility, budgeting, and stakeholder management, playing a vital role in bringing innovative concepts to fruition.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the development process for new projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple concurrent development projects
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and market research to inform project development
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and respond to queries
- Assess and review technical and commercial bids to ensure successful delivery of the assets.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks in the development process and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Oversee project progress and report updates to senior management, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related real estate development field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in project management or development in real estate or related fields
- Strong understanding of the development process, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams
