The Fund Manager is a mid-level member of the real estate investment team, reporting directly to the Senior Fund Manager. In this role, they are responsible for the ongoing management and execution of one or more of the firm's regulated real estate investment funds.

**The key duties of the Fund Manager include**:

- Conducting in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities that align with the fund's strategy and risk profile
- Performing detailed due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including property inspections, tenant reviews, and competitive analysis
- Assisting the Senior Fund Manager in the structuring and negotiation of real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, financing arrangements, and property management contracts
- Overseeing the day-to-day asset management of properties in the fund's portfolio, including coordinating with third-party property managers, monitoring budgets and financials, and implementing value-enhancement initiatives
- Regularly monitoring the performance of individual investments and the overall fund, and providing recommendations to the Senior Fund Manager on portfolio adjustments
- Preparing periodic reports and presentations on the fund's performance, risk metrics, and compliance status for the Senior Fund Manager, Director, and investors
- Collaborating with the firm's accounting, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all fund activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

The Fund Manager must possess strong real estate investment expertise, financial modeling skills, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of the regulatory framework governing pooled investment vehicles. They play a crucial role in executing the investment strategy set by senior leadership and maintaining the operational efficiency and compliance of the real estate investment funds.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced Financial Modeling experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Both English and Arabic languages are a must
