The Senior Fund Manager is a senior member of the real estate investment team, reporting directly to the Director of Real Estate Investments. In this role, they are responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of one or more of the firm's regulated real estate investment funds.

**The key responsibilities of the Senior Fund Manager include**:

- Implementing the investment strategy and guidelines set forth by the Head of Real Estate Investment Funds and the Director
- Sourcing, evaluating, and recommending specific real estate investment opportunities for the fund portfolio
- Conducting thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment
- Negotiating and structuring real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
- Managing the assets in the fund portfolio, including overseeing property management, capital improvements, and value-enhancement initiatives
- Monitoring the performance of individual investments and the overall fund, and making portfolio allocation adjustments as needed
- Preparing regular reports and updates on the fund's performance, risk profile, and compliance status for the Director and investors
- Collaborating with the firm's compliance, legal, and accounting teams to ensure the fund operates within all applicable regulations

The Senior Fund Manager must have deep expertise in real estate investing, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements governing pooled investment vehicles. They serve as a critical link between the strategic direction set at the senior leadership level and the day-to-day implementation and oversight of the real estate investment funds.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- CME 4 Certification
- Advanced Financial Modeling experience
- Solid Fund Management experience
- 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role
- Both English and Arabic languages are a must
