To play an active role in the planning, negotiation,deveopment and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing activities for key partnerships across travel, lifestyle & financial verticals. Identify opportunities to increase member engagement with partners and maxinmise partner revenue eranings by collaborating with key internal & external stakeholders to design and implement bespoke high-performing campaigns. Work closely with gift-card partners and aggregators to grow the activation of partners across their network

**Accountabilities**
- Responsible for supporting in planning and implementing the annual and quarterly partnership activation marketing strategy
- Develop partnership launch and campaign briefs, aligning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- The position will be responsible to drive new business into Nahdi and grow the overall eco-system through strategic partnerships.
- It is a revenue driven role and will impact key loyalty parameters such as retention, premiumization through partner collaborations.
- As the market becomes competitive the latest upcoming trends will need to be carefully analyzed and the most optimum process for deployment finalized
- It will also involve working with Product-tech/IT teams of the partners in finalizing the solution.
- Each partnership based on the respective industry will require a deep dive on the business plan and workings to understand the ROI
- It will involve working on some complex collaborations which may not be the limited to Points conversion only and would entail a much larger gamut of services.
- Participate in internal & external meetings for the assigned portfolio, offering member insight, partnership performance overview and marketing expertise to deliver on the overall loyalty strategy.
- Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans, design revenue focused campaigns relevant to the member base and negotiate access to partner’s channels to drive incremental revenue
- Identify opportunities to cross-promote relevant partner offerings to enhance the member value proposition and create multiple sources of revenue.
- Develop an acquisition, spends growth & retention strategy through partnering
- Work with data analytics, loyalty excellence teams to identify relevant campaign target segments, develop partner performance dashboards and leverage insights
- Align with finance, commercial department to develop campaign business cases and take complete ownership of delivery across the available channels.
- Develop and update partner toolkits, marketing materials for key launches and strategic partnerships
- Review marketing assets on an ongoing basis to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Commercial & finance teams

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
