Executive Secretary

An Executive Secretary is responsible to develop and manage engagement and communication strategies and initiatives that promote the organization’s work, help secure partnerships and enhance stakeholder relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the development and successful implementation of communications and engagement plans, including detailed tactical delivery plans
- Prepare agendas and briefings for meetings and produce minutes of meetings ensuring all information is properly recorded on the database
- Ensure records are kept up-to-date and reflect latest contact and engagement activities
- Work proactively across the business to identify opportunities for brand awareness and enhancement.
- Research, populate and manage database of event and speaking opportunities and prepare recommendations for project team members accordingly
- Support reporting, evaluation and analysis, including maintenance of dashboard, in partnership with key project team members
- Provide advice to management on new projects and initiatives
- Responsible for followup in departments outcomes and measuring their success rate
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Nurture a positive working environment
**Requirements**:
- Proven 2-3 year experience as a corporate communications role, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully designing and delivering strategic engagement plans.
- Experience in public affairs
- Confident and keen - adopts a creative, proactive approach when solving problems - eye for details.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English.
