**Role Overview**: We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead business development and marketing efforts for a high-profile transportation project. The role focuses on crafting and executing social media marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer growth and revenue. **Responsibilities**: 1. Business Development: >Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. >Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities, corporate clients, and private organizations to enhance visibility and usage of the service. >Develop tailored offers for specific market segments, including educational institutions and corporate clients. **2. Marketing Strategy**: >Develop and implement annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue. >Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends. >Collaborate with stakeholders to position the service as a leading travel option in the region. **3. Social Media Campaigns**: > Plan, manage, and optimize creative social media marketing campaigns to engage and attract target audiences. > Monitor social media metrics and trends to ensure campaigns align with brand strategies and deliver desired outcomes. > Manage content creation, posting schedules, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. **4. Team Leadership**: >Oversee a team of marketing and business development professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals. >Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance. >Monitor and analyze team KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary. **5. Performance Analysis**: >Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns using data-driven insights. >Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI. **Qualifications**: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in marketing, business development, or social media campaign management.
