Business Development Manager **Company**: Marsh **Description**: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. **We will count on you to**: - Lead the coordination of organizational resources necessary to complete sales. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources through personal contact and presentations. - Qualify prospects based on practice guidelines and generate additional revenue opportunities by leveraging Marsh products and services. - Transition qualified prspects to client executives and support the implementation of new business deals. **What you need to have**: - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. - 2-5 years of sales experience in insurance is preferred, financial services, or B2B solutions. - Proven business development and negotiation skills with a track record of originating new business. - Strong English written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to self-start and manage multiple priorities effectively. **What makes you stand out**: - Knowledge of the Saudi insurance market and experience in insurance and marketing. - Strong active listening and follow-up skills. - Ability to deliver technical information to less technical individuals.
