**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Fit-Out Project Coordinator** with an engineering background to join our project delivery team. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day coordination of fit-out projects, ensuring smooth operations between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

A major part of this role is **document control** - maintaining accurate, up-to-date project records and ensuring all documentation flows efficiently between stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main **Document Controller** for the project, ensuring proper management, filing, and distribution of all project documents (drawings, submittals, approvals, correspondence, reports).
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Assist with procurement coordination, material submittals, and approvals.
- Follow up on project deliverables, deadlines, and action items with all stakeholders.
- Support in resolving day-to-day technical or operational issues that may arise on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related field).
- 2-5 years of experience in fit-out, construction project coordination.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and fit-out processes.
- Proven experience in **document control and project documentation management**.
- Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
