Require Automobile Workshop Supervisor ability to control workshop team and customer handling, Invoicing, quotations, and material handling.

**Responsibilities**:
Must working level of knowledge in Arabic, English, and Urdu Language.
- Ensure full and accurate communication to the workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.
- Ensure all materials and labor resources used are posted to each and every job card.
- Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance/repair.
- Ensure Auto Team's optimum productivity
- Issue work in order to achieve promised times. Notify to amend promised times where inaccurate, additional work is authorized, parts delays, technical difficulties and ensure committed delivery times are met.
- Communicate any and all changes that affect a vehicle to the concerned person / department e.g. completion time, parts shortage, extra work, warranty refusal, damage found, delayed diagnosis etc.
- Monitor team's performance, productivity and efficiencies on daily and weekly basis.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in a Mechanical or related field would be preferred.
- Must have 2-3 years of working experience as a Workshop Controller/Supervisor.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Workshop Supervisor: 2 years (required)

**Language**:
