Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor with a strong background in car repairs to efficiently manage and organize daily operations on the workshop floor. The supervisor will ensure smooth workflow, high-quality repairs, proper task distribution, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
  • Oversee technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower
  • Monitor repair quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Conduct daily inspections of vehicles under repair and verify progress
  • Coordinate with the parts, insurance, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and improve processes where necessary
  • Maintain workshop equipment and ensure availability of required tools and materials
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, pending work, and challenges
  • Train and guide technicians to enhance their performance and technical skills

Requirements
Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair workshops
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, body, and paint repair processes
  • Proven experience in supervising technicians and managing workshop floor operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments
  • Ability to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions
