**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential clients to promote real estate properties and services.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, answering inquiries and providing detailed information about properties.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify prospective buyers through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate site visits, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress using CRM systems.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and market developments.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the Healthcare/Telecom/Media/Exhibitions industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and able to handle client objections professionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ﷼7,000.00 per month
