- ** Ensure all leads are contacted on timely manager**
- **Create and montar dashboard to ensure work quality and deliverables**
- **Create team schedule and incentivize specialists to work with high punctuality**
- **work as quality assurance to ensure the team works properly and follow company and department guidelines.**
- **Execute team work when needed and provide all needed support and assistant**
- **Create reports and use all necessary tools to insure deliverables**
- **Distribute work efficiently and insure team productivity**
- **Montar calls and note quality**
- **Train the team on client communication and fix any possible mistake**
- **Work constantly on improving team skills, the effectiveness & efficiency of the workflow**

- ** Technology**
- ** POS, Inventory, ERP**
- ** E-commerce**
- ** Omnichannel (sales)**
- ** Retail**
- ** CRM and analytics**

**Ability To**
- ** Use CRM (Zoho CRM is a plus) effectively**
- **Write a strategy, work plan**
- ** Use excel and analytical tools**
- **Work long hours**

**Has Demonstrated Proof Of**
- ** Sense of urgency**
- ** 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, telesales, or a similar field**
- ** Using excel, analytical tools, and CRM**
- ** Experience in managing a team**
- **Bachelor's degree
