As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Managing office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
- Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
- Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
- Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma /GED
- Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
- Ability to work independently
- Have good level of oral and written communication skills
