As 24/7 Technical Support Specialist you will provide real-time technical support for the Transformer, Automation, WellLink, as well as the COSL joint remote operating center. With the goals to prevent/minimize non-productive time for customers and drive requirements for product or service enhancements you will investigate and analyze unsatisfactory product or service performance.

As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolving post sales Technical Issues.
- Having the technical depth required resolving an issue increase, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
- Working together with senior leadership stakeholders. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes of research done.
- Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented in the department.
- Handling diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- Have 3+ years of experience in Drilling Completion Fluids operations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
