RVP Consultants, a global leader in talent acquisition, is seeking a **Sales Representative** to drive the expansion of our **education solutions** in the Middle East. This role focuses on **promoting RVP’s services to K-12 schools and educational institutions** while building strategic partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead RVP Consultants' efforts to expand our presence in the Middle East.
- Identify and build relationships with K-12 schools, educational institutions, and key decision-makers.
- Present RVP’s services to prospective clients and tailor offerings to meet regional needs.
- Drive sales of RVP offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Work with the marketing and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Attend relevant conferences, networking events, and meetings to enhance RVP's visibility and establish new partnerships.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in education management sales, education recruitment, or workforce solutions.
- Knowledge of the Middle Eastern educational landscape and culture.
- Strong connections in the Middle East with education leaders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
