**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing key accounts.
- Engage with C-level executives, HR, finance, and procurement teams to position FlyAkeed as a strategic travel management solution.
- Drive enterprise-level sales with a consultative approach, understanding the client’s business needs and travel challenges.
- Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and the marketing team to generate and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Manage complex negotiations and ensure a high close rate for high-value contracts.
- Provide market insights, feedback, and recommendations to enhance FlyAkeed’s product offerings and sales strategies.
- Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in HRMS, ATS, ERP, or enterprise software.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth.
- Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations.
- Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker.
- Presentable, accountable, and responsible.
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools is a plus
