Minimum Requirements
**Qualifications**:
+ Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science or a related field.
+ Post Graduate qualification in related field advantageous.
+ Commercial or managerial qualification advantageous.
+ Registration with relevant professional body.
**Skills**:
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Strong internal & external client relationship builder.
+ Strong leadership capability.
+ Innovative approach to developing business solutions.
+ Strong management skills including planning, time management, people management and mentorship.

+ Experience in effective team leadership.
