Lucid is seeking a self-motivated, fast on their toes Program Manager to manage the development of our current vehicle as well as future programs. The role will coordinate over all aspects of the program for timing, quality and cost for the Middle East working closely with US teams. This requires maintaining and adjusting overall program schedule to help identify, raise, and resolve concerns relating to product development, supplier selection and readiness, performance, cost, manufacturability, and testing (e.g., durability, reliability, compliance). Additionally, the Program Manager will act as the “glue” by interacting with and coordinating across multiple departments: engineering, sales, service, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set the overall schedule/roadmap for each vehicle, including working with the executive team
- Lead technical reviews, synthesize results, and creating actions to resolve product issues
- Communicate top risks and overall vehicle updates to executive team
- Track progress: Create and maintain a clear dashboard showing program status
- Gather feedback on improvements to the vehicle from customer interactions, forum posts, surveys, sales and service team ideas
- Advise and drive technical interface decisions across functions
- Enable new country introductions, by working closely with in-country and regulatory teams to scope out design changes needed and managing implementation
- Drive improvements to the vehicle across quality, reliability and cost

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or program management in combined hardware/software work, preferably in bringing products to market or executing on major programs
- Demonstrable track-record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving hardware and software
- Experience in product development at all stages; product ideation, design, release, prototyping, validation, launch and production
- Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts)
- Demonstrated excellence in setting up program milestones and managing critical paths for programs on tight deadlines
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and deal with multiple tasks at the same time
- High tolerance (thrive) with ambiguity
