- Execute the daily activities of the marketing & Social Media department such as media visits organization, marketing activities coordination and ensuring hotel website, hotel information resources such as Ipads and collateral are up to date and according to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts standards. Responsible for gathering and reporting media clippings. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms such asInstagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok. Coordinate and collaborate with the PR and Social Media agencies for the monthly content calendar, videography and photography.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and organize content photoshoots for the following channel: Snapchat and TikTok as coordinator and Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with the Social Media agency.
- Manage and monitor social media KPIs, Spend allocated budget to the social media account where appropriate.
- Oversee Rosewood Jeddah website page and other online media such as Google, TripAdvisor to ensure all is updated and aligned as per Rosewood Hotels & Resorts standards.
- Ensure that all on-ground marketing materials are up-to-date and effectively displayed on various platforms such as IPTV, lobby screens, in order to promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests and visitors.
- Manage the hotel's social media platform accounts, which includes creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and community management in coordination with the Social Media agency.

**Job Qualification**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing

Proven track record of developing and managing brand social media channels in KSA region

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat, YouTube)

In-depth knowledge of content marketing

Sense of current digital trends

Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate complex situations with empathy

Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English & Arabic language, both spoken and written; Excellent copywriting skills in the English & Arabic languages required
