**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize and manage **KSA government portals** such as **Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, HRDF, and Taqat** to ensure compliance and alignment with Saudization requirements.
- Prepare and process recruitment-related documentation and approvals through government platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and regular reporting for management.
- Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth transition of new hires.
- Promote the company’s employer brand in the local market to attract top talent.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years of recruitment experience** in Saudi Arabia, with strong exposure to **high-volume hiring**.
- Bilingual - **Fluent in Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge and practical use of **Saudi government portals** (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, HRDF, Taqat, etc.).
- **Preferably Saudi or GCC National**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Good understanding of **Saudi Labor Law** and Saudization policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

**Preferred Skills**
- **Hospitality industry recruitment experience** is a plus.
- Strong networking and headhunting abilities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
