Create, post, and manage compelling job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Represent Yousef Al-Rajhi Group professionally at career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand.

**Qualifications**

Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role within a professional environment.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and the full hiring lifecycle.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
