**المسؤليات**:
Managerial Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and implementation of the Omnichannel Services plans in line with the corporate objectives.
- Directs and manages the Mobility Channels Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Interprets and implements change in the Mobility Channels Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Mobility Channels Section. Core Responsibilities Mobility Channel Development
- Assists sales channel managers in providing online customer service support for promotions, schemes, tariff plans, value added services etc.
- Supports in new products implementation and transforms the business requirements to operational procedures.
- Provides 2nd and 3rd levels of support.
- Evaluates and innovates novel ways to improve the customer experience.
- Maintains unit testing for changes in all the systems related to multiple domain areas (e.g. SMS and Mobile Application on the eco-systems such as iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows).
- Monitors and evaluates Mobility Channels performance via available tracking tools (eCommerce evaluation, MRDW, tableau reporting, market share reports etc.). People Management Responsibilities
- Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Mobility Channels Section, in line with the business and operational plans.
- Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Mobility Channels Section. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the director of Omni channel Services in order to meet objectives.

**التخصص**: Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering

**سنوات الخبرة**: 5-8 سنوات

**طبيعة الخبرة**:

- Prior experience in Telecom industry, Agile and other SDLC implementation methodologies
- Prior experience in bundling, organizing and developing implementation teams of designers, developers and testers. and experience in APP Development ( IOS, ANDROID,etc )

**مستوي اللغة الإنجليزية**: بطلاقة
