Digital Sales Representative

At Lendo, we are a pioneering FinTech company reshaping the financial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Our innovative digital platform empowers businesses by providing efficient and Shari'ah-compliant financial solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and nurturing leads, conducting effective outreach, and leveraging HubSpot CRM to drive growth in the crowd lending market. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**
- Research and identify new leads within the crowd lending industry.
- Utilize online platforms, social media, and digital tools to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with Lendo's financial solutions and services.
- Engage with prospects to understand their financing needs and evaluate their fit with our offerings.
- **Cold Calling and Outreach**:

- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients, clearly communicating Lendo's value proposition.

- **CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using HubSpot CRM.
- Regularly track and update the sales pipeline to reflect the status of each lead and opportunity.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, sales metrics, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns.
- Share insights and feedback with the sales team to optimize overall conversion rates and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or equivalent CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in the fintech or crowd lending space is a plus.
