**Job Brief**:
As a Market Intelligence Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by managing our market research drivers’ fleet and Mystery Shoppers across KSA and Jordan. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining dashboard, supporting on-field and focus groups research. This role requires proactive on-ground interaction and engagement with drivers and mystery shoppers to understand field challenges and market trends to enhance th driver and passenger experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**:

- Maintain daily communication with Market Intel fleet’s drivers, Mystery Shopping Units (MSUs), and internal team to collect data and effectively resolve day-to-day issues faced by these stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and coordinate with the internal team to execute the research
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new market intel research fleet members (passengers and drivers) and facilitate a smooth transition.
- **Data Integrity**:

- Track and monitor the performance of Fleet Drivers and Mystery Shoppers as per targets
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of data for analysis and reporting in daily/weekly/monthly trackers.
- **Market Research**:

- Support and conduct field research through direct engagement with drivers Mystery Shoppers, along with taking rides to gather actionable insights. Stay informed and up-to-date with market trends and competitors’ insights using a data-driven and detail-oriented approach
- **Performance monitoring**:

- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track the performance of the fleet efficiency across KSA and Jordan
- Develop and maintain a performance key performance Indicators (KPIs) dashboard to provide meaningful insights.
- Contribute to data entry by visualizing findings from research and compiling them for end-user review.

**Requirements**:

- Up to 2 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or related fields.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in data analytics such as Excel, SQL
- High attention to detail, commitment to producing high-quality work, and strong problem-solving.
