**مسؤوليات الوظيفة لمدير مبيعات (المملكة العربية السعودية)**:
**الموقع**: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية
**الخبرة**:
خبرة عملية لأكثر من 10 سنوات في قيادة مبيعات السلع الاستهلاكية في الأسواق غير المتصلة والمتصلة بالإنترنت.
خبرة في العمل مع تجار التجزئة غير المتصلين.
خبرة في العمل مع التجار التجزئة على الإنترنت.
خبرة في المبيعات الموجهة للأسواق الدولية.
تشمل هذه المسؤوليات جوانب مختلفة لإدارة المبيعات في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك قيادة الفريق، واكتساب العملاء، وشبكات الأطراف المعنية، والمشاركة في الفعاليات، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
خبرة في الصناعة
خبرة في بناء شبكة توزيع في قنوات التجزئة وعبر الإنترنت للسلع الاستهلاكية.
سجل حافل في إطلاق العلامات التجارية الجديدة بنجاح والحفاظ على حصة السوق في فئة المنتجات في الأسواق التجزئية على الإنترنت وغيرها من الأسواق غير المتصلة.
خبرة سابقة في العمل في الشرق الأوسط (خاصة في السعودية) مع المراجعات المواتية من المنطقة/السوق.
**توسيع السوق واكتساب العملاء المستهدفين**:
تغطية جميع مدن المملكة العربية السعودية، واستهداف العملاء المحتملين في المستشفيات، والصيدليات، والتجزئة على الإنترنت وغيرها من وسائل التجزئة.
إطلاق وتسويق وبيع وتطوير الأعمال لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات للعلامات التجارية الموجودة والجديدة.
**تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المستهدفة**:
تلبية أهداف المبيعات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية.
**قيادة الفريق وإدارة الأداء**:
بدء اجتماعات مبيعات أسبوعية مع أعضاء الفريق ومراقبة أدائهم المبيعي عن كثب.
إدارة وتطوير وتدريب ومراقبة وتحفيز قوة المبيعات لضمان تحقيق مستوى احترافي عالٍ وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.
تقييم نقاط القوة والضعف في فريق المبيعات وإدارة برنامج المبيعات وفقًا لذلك.
تقديم الدعم اليدوي للمسوقين المبيعات أثناء توليدهم للعملاء المحتملين وإبرام صفقات جديدة.
توظيف مندوبي المبيعات، وتحديد الأهداف، وتدريب ومرافقة، ومراقبة الأداء، وضمان تنفيذ المهام والمسؤوليات المخصصة.
تحديد الثغرات المعرفية في فريق العمل ووضع خطة لسدها.
**بناء الشبكات وشبكات الأطراف المعنية**:
بدء اجتماعات أسبوعية مع الإدارة العليا.
تواصل وبناء شبكة مع مجموعات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في السعودية ذات الصلة بالأمهات ورعاية الأطفال.
تواصل وبناء شبكة مع أصحاب المصلحة في المستشفيات والصيدليات وسلاسل المتاجر ومتاجر الإنترنت.
**المشاركة في الفعاليات وتخطيط الترويج**:
المشاركة في وتقديم علامات الشركة في فعاليات التسويق والترويج الصناعية والمستهلكية.
تخطيط التقويم الترويجي مع كل عميل مقدمًا للفعاليات الترويجية مثل عيد الفطر، والجمعة السوداء، ويوم العزاب، ورأس السنة، وغيرها.
**بحوث السوق وتطوير الاستراتيجية**:
الحفاظ على حجم المبيعات ومجموعة المنتجات وسعر البيع عن طريق مواكبة العرض والطلب والاتجاهات المتغيرة والمؤشرات الاقتصادية والمنافسين.
تقييم القنوات التوزيع التجارية الحالية باستمرار، وتطويرها وتقييم أدائها، وإدارة الصراع، مع ضمان التوافق مع خطط المنطقة.
