Business Data Analytics Senior Specialist

Provide Business Analysis & Data Analytics through the Development & Implementation of selected best-in-class Business Intelligence Modules to support businesses for proper decision-making & to improve business processes. Ensure the efficiency, reliability, and best utilization of Business Intelligence Systems by maintaining standard levels of Data Integrity and adequate end-user training.

**Accountabilities**

**Business Data Analytics**:

- Take roles in Data Analytics & Data Science projects.
- Work in implementing and using new tools, systems, and frameworks aligned with best practices and Business Strategy.
- Give Data Science and BI services to the Business Functions
- Conduct advanced data analysis and highly complex designs algorithm for Driving the Business with Analytics.
- Assess best-in-class Business Intelligence Modules by developing proof of concept exercises and recommendations necessary for selecting the most suitable and best fit B.I. solution compatible with business requirements and aligned with IT Strategies.
- Assist in the Implementation of the selected business intelligence module by developing the physical, business, and presentation layers to enable the design of dashboards and analytical areas.
- Select & develop the proper Business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per best practice & Standard benchmarks, enabling them to measure & track operations and departmental performance.
- Develop the Business Analytics Eco-Systems & selected KPIs Reports & Dashboards inside Business Intelligence Modules by utilizing Data Mining tools and proper visualization reporting Dashboards to support different departments for

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, user support materials and deliver training (user/ super user) by documenting system steps and preparing bespoke training documentation in order to transfer knowledge and build capability.
- Support the business with critical ad-hoc reporting and analysis by gathering reporting and analysis requirements, understanding the underlying business processes, and designing, developing, and providing reports and analysis.

**Security & Confidentiality**:

- Ensure data security and confidentiality at various levels and manage user access by mapping business requirements with the business intelligence authority matrix and coordinating with the data management team to ensure secure access channels.

**Customer Survey System**:

- Manage the Customer Survey System (CSS) by gathering the needs, designing and deploying the surveys and questionnaires for internal usage to provide the required analysis to Nahdi departments.

**Operations**:

- Update processes and procedures and develop supporting documentation as per the department’s procedures.
- Contribute to the Marketing and corporate projects aligned with standard project management processes, tools, and methodology to ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines & resources plan.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- **Job Requirements**

**Education**
- **Bachelor’s degree in a related Data & Analytics field (MIS, IS, Engineering,)**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in business (Marketing, Financials,) complemented with IT Certifications and job experience
**Experience**
- **3 - 5 Years of Experience
**Computer Skills**
- **Data analysis and Business Intelligence software knowledge**:

- **Data Analysis Tools Languages (SQL, Phyton, R).**:

- **MS Office Suite (Advanced)
