Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an experienced Manager - Digital Twin to lead the implementation and development of digital twin technologies across our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging digital twin methodologies to enhance operational efficiencies, improve decision-making, and drive innovation throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Manager - Digital Twin will be responsible for leading Qiddiya’s Digital Twin initiative from inception through implementation and future scale-up. This role encompasses managing the development of a comprehensive strategy, overseeing the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and driving the integration of Digital Twin technologies across all verticals within Qiddiya. The Manager will act as the primary project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s business objectives, and delivering value through innovative digital solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring the timely delivery of the strategy, roadmap, and MVP.
- Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success.
- Develop and oversee a the Digital Twin strategy that integrates with existing digital infrastructure, including BIM, GIS, IoT, and the Unified Data Platform (UDP).
- Manage the implementation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate selected use cases and demonstrate the value of the Digital Twin.
- Create a roadmap for scaling the Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align project objectives with business needs.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies, data governance standards, and project requirements.
- Manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and build business cases to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implementation
- Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives, including defining new roles, training programs, and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields. Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale technology projects, ideally involving Digital Twin, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Internet of Things (IoT). Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
