Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a motivated and analytical Assistant Manager - Digital Products Management to be part of our vibrant team. This position will involve assisting in the management and development of digital products that align with our mission of delivering world-class entertainment and lifestyle experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Product strategy, roadmap development and prioritization, User and business requirement analysis, Market research and analysis, Cross-functional team collaboration, Data-driven decision-making, Strong communication and presentation skills, Agile delivery approach
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform product decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in digital product management tools and analytics platforms.
