**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target new clients in the construction, architectural, and engineering sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and participation in industry events and exhibitions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and submit accurate technical proposals, tenders, and quotations based on client specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring the profitability and growth of the company.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, offering technical guidance, product customization, and installation recommendations.
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and resolve any technical or product-related issues.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory standards in the aluminium and glazing sectors.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that client specifications are met and custom solutions are accurately delivered.

**Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure products are installed in line with technical specifications and quality standards.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and updates to senior management.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Must have**: Valid KSA Driver's License.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in technical sales, ideally within the construction, fitout, or contracting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technical environment.
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural drawings, technical blueprints, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.

**Sales and Communication Skills**:

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Other Competencies**:

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
