The IT Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency, and ensuring system security, data integrity, and business continuity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT strategies, ensuring alignment with the organizations overall objectives.
- Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
- Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and monitor IT expenditures to optimize resources.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organizations IT systems by implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
- Design and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain high service levels and system reliability.
- Work closely with other departments to provide technology solutions that enhance productivity and business processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee system integrations, data management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that support business growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Minimum 10 years** of experience in the IT field, with a proven track record in managing IT departments or similar roles.
- Prior experience as an **IT General Manager** is highly desirable.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of **IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.**:
